Evening Medical Billing & Coding
This comprehensive, 150 hour course will provide a solid foundation for students to obtain entry-level employment in the medical billing and coding field. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have acquired basic skills which prepares them for employment in facilities such as hospitals, group medical practices, insurance companies, nursing homes, etc. At the end of the course, students will sit for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) Certification Examination*.
The Medical Billing and Coding course includes:
- Medical Terminology with Anatomy and Physiology
- ICD-9CM and CPT coding
- CPT-4 Coding
- Medical Manager Billing / Insurance Program
- Case Studies
Course Schedule: September 30, 2010 - April 21, 2011
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Tuition: $1,800.00 (Money Order Only)
($700.00 Payment is due at registration)
Tuition includes: course fee, books, payment for AAPC Membership (1 year), CPC Certification Exam, and processing fees.
Workforce Investment Board ITA Vouchers accepted for payment.

Tuition refunds for evening courses will only be given prior to the start of the course. Once the course has started, no refunds will be given. |
