Acceptable Payment Methods
- Cashier's check or money order payable to Delaware Skills Center
- Credit card payment in person at the Main Office
- Online payments through PAYPAMS - Mastercard or Discover only. PAYPAMS payments are subject to a 3.5% fee per transaction. Instructions are below.

PAYPAMS Instructions
1. Visit www.paypams.com
2. Click on “Sign Up” to create an account
3. Select “DE” as the State option
4. Click on “New Castle Vo-Tech” as school district
5. Fill out ALL required information
6. Select “Non-student”
7. Click on “Delaware Skills Center” as the school option
8. Click on the name option that has "self" in parenthesis (example: Joe Smith (self))
9. Choose the item to put into cart (examples: LPN TEAS Test, Tuition, etc.) then click “Check Out”
10. Input payment information & submit
