The Delaware Skills Center is committed to providing Delaware residents access to a career with opportunities for advancement, thus closing the gap in the skilled trade workforce and lowering the unemployment rate in the State of Delaware.
For more than 60 years, the Delaware Skills Center, an adult vocational technical training center affiliated with the New Castle County Vocational Technical School District, has been committed to providing skills training to Delaware residents who are unemployed or under-employed to create a pathway to a rewarding career.
